Description

  • Proactively contact graduates who need help with online web applications.
  • Provide support to graduates completing pre-employment onboarding assessments.
  • Guide graduates through online web application processes.
  • Use internal systems to ensure accurate documentation completion.
  • Maintain compliance with applicable guidelines, laws, and internal procedures.
  • Share successful support strategies with peers as needed.
  • Escalate compliance concerns to the Compliance department.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Associate degree or equivalent experience.
  • Results-driven communication, interpersonal, relationship-building, and time management skills.
  • Ability to communicate fluently in verbal and written English.
  • Ability to support a diverse and inclusive work environment.
  • Basic computer literacy and the ability to use required technology effectively.
  • Entry-level position with supervised work.
  • Ability to work a Monday-Friday 11 am to 8 pm schedule.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, as needed.
  • Preferred: any degree or equivalent experience with strong or advanced proficiency in the required skills.
  • Preferred: experience in Career Services or helping graduates overcome obstacles.
  • Preferred: proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Microsoft Teams.
  • Preferred: influence, punctuality, discipline, complex problem-solving, attention to detail, and motivation.
