Description

  • Respond to inbound inquiries from prospective students in English and Spanish.
  • Build rapport and conduct consultative conversations to understand student goals, interests, and timelines.
  • Recommend suitable training programs and guide students from initial inquiry through registration.
  • Explain program details, admissions requirements, schedules, start dates, and career outcomes.
  • Educate prospective students about tuition assistance, VA Education Benefits, workforce funding, and financial assistance options.
  • Follow up with prospects who do not enroll immediately and re-engage inactive leads when appropriate.
  • Manage and prioritize enrollment pipelines to ensure timely follow-up for qualified prospects.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, update enrollment status, and document follow-up actions.
  • Coordinate with campus teams on class availability, onboarding requirements, and start dates.
  • Assist students with enrollment documentation and ensure they are prepared for their first day.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in admissions, student enrollment, inside sales, or consultative sales.
  • Experience converting inbound inquiries into enrollments or sales.
  • Experience working in a phone-based, customer-facing environment.
  • Fully bilingual in English and Spanish with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
  • Strong objection handling, consultative selling, active listening, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience using CRM and lead management systems.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to follow up consistently.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Reliable internet connection and a professional home office setup.
  • Preferred experience in vocational schools, trade schools, technical colleges, or career education.
  • Preferred experience in education sales or student recruitment.
  • Preferred familiarity with VA Education Benefits, workforce development programs, and state funding programs.
  • Preferred experience supporting healthcare education or skilled trades programs.
  • Preferred knowledge of student onboarding processes.
