Description

  • Lead system launches and establish PROCEPT’s therapies as preferred treatment options.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas through procedural volume growth in existing and new accounts.
  • Develop territory and account plans, including forecasting and pipeline management.
  • Build and maintain relationships with surgeons, OR teams, key opinion leaders, and hospital stakeholders.
  • Partner with Marketing and Clinical Specialists to onboard and train new physicians through the surgeon pathway.
  • Coordinate account planning and execution with Clinical Specialists, Capital, and Launch teams across pre- and post-installation phases.
  • Provide case coverage support as needed, typically about one day per week, to support customer experience and procedural success.
  • Work with surgeons and hospital teams to optimize patient pathways and expand patient access.
  • Support change management by standardizing workflows and addressing adoption barriers such as scheduling and OR learning curves.
  • Synthesize customer insights and market trends to inform Marketing and R&D priorities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 5+ years of experience in OR-based medical device sales.
  • Proven success driving procedural adoption, account growth, and quota attainment.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to manage complex hospital selling environments.
  • Experience with practice integration and selling inside a practice or clinic setting.
  • Ability to work in a customer-facing, field-based role covering Myrtle Beach, SC.
  • Experience influencing surgeon behavior and working with clinical and administrative stakeholders is preferred.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional launches and account transitions is preferred.
