Description

  • Lead launch excellence and drive adoption of PROCEPT Robotic Systems within high-opportunity hospitals.
  • Partner with Marketing and Clinical teams to onboard and train new physicians through the surgeon pathway.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas through procedural volume growth in existing and new accounts.
  • Build surgeon champions and KOL relationships to accelerate procedural growth and market penetration.
  • Partner with leadership on territory expansion, forecast accuracy, and growth strategy.
  • Mentor Territory Managers and Associate Territory Managers on account planning, procedural efficiency, and utilization growth.
  • Identify barriers in surgeon and patient pathways and optimize patient pathways to expand program reach.
  • Collaborate with Clinical and Marketing teams to improve scheduling efficiency and procedural utilization.
  • Develop and execute account-level utilization strategies, including block-time goals, staffing models, workflow integration, and adoption metrics.
  • Conduct customer business reviews that present utilization data, value realization, and growth opportunities.
  • Align cross-functional partners across Clinical, Capital, and Launch teams around utilization goals and customer experience standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 8+ years of experience in medical sales, preferably in Urology or OR-related roles.
  • Startup or strategic sales experience, preferably in high-growth MedTech.
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor and lead within field teams.
  • Ability to travel up to 75% domestically.
  • Strong experience building relationships with surgeons, hospital administrators, and cross-functional partners.
  • Experience using a data-driven approach to territory strategy and forecasting.
  • Experience in launch or adoption-driven sales environments is preferred.
