Description

  • Deliver product training and clinical education to surgeons, staff, and new users.
  • Support live procedures to ensure optimal operating room workflow, setup, and troubleshooting.
  • Provide in-service support, including installations and software updates.
  • Execute procedural scheduling improvements to maximize case coverage and efficiency.
  • Partner with Sales to identify opportunities for utilization growth and account retention.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support program efficiency and regulatory compliance.
  • Support marketing and training events, including physical setup and presentations.
  • Gather and share customer insights with Marketing and R&D to inform product and program improvements.
  • Maintain accurate case logs, expense records, and administrative documentation in Salesforce.
  • Track surgeon progression through onboarding and competency milestones.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2-4 years of clinical experience preferred.
  • Strong interest in medical devices and robotics.
  • Ability to travel 75% or more as needed.
  • Must achieve clinical proficiency to cover a case independently within 60 days after graduation from Aqua Academy.
  • May require up to 30 additional days of supplemental coaching to gain sign-off if needed.
  • Strong communicator with excellent presentation and educational skills.
  • Collaborative team player with a customer-focused, commercially aligned mindset.
  • Ability to influence surgeon adoption and drive procedural growth.
  • Hands-on, adaptable, analytical, and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
