Description

  • Design and prototype integrations between partner products and the Nebius platform.
  • Define reference architectures for partner integrations that work at scale and in production.
  • Scope partner products against the Nebius stack to identify how they fit, where they connect, and where they fail.
  • Build production-quality proof-of-concepts across the AI stack, including agentic pipelines, RAG architectures, inference optimization, and multi-model orchestration.
  • Work directly with partner engineering teams to scope, prototype, and advance integrations.
  • Provide technical guidance to partners on performance, reliability, and cost efficiency on Nebius infrastructure.
  • Translate external integration findings into actionable product requirements for Nebius platform teams.
  • Work with ISV partners, SI teams, and field teams to drive solution adoption and revenue.
  • Surface recurring architectural patterns and integration gaps to inform platform roadmap decisions.
  • Represent Nebius at hackathons, in open source communities, and at technical events.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of hands-on engineering experience in AI application development, ML systems, or AI infrastructure.
  • Deep working knowledge of the AI developer stack, including LLM APIs, inference runtimes, orchestration frameworks, vector databases, RAG architectures, and agentic pipelines.
  • Hands-on experience with agentic frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or equivalent.
  • Strong Python programming skills and comfort prototyping end-to-end AI systems quickly.
  • Experience defining reference architectures and technical patterns.
  • Proven ability to move from idea to working prototype quickly under time pressure.
  • Experience building integrations across APIs and developer platforms.
  • Comfortable working across external partner engineering teams and internal product and engineering teams.
  • Strong technical communication skills for explaining architecture decisions and integration findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with inference frameworks and optimization tools such as vLLM, SGLang, TensorRT-LLM, speculative decoding, quantization, batching, or KV-cache routing (preferred).
  • Familiarity with NVIDIA software stack such as CUDA, TensorRT, or NeMo (preferred).
  • Experience with multimodal AI models such as vision-language, speech, or structured data (preferred).
  • Won or placed at major AI hackathons in the past 12 months (preferred).
  • Background as a developer advocate, solutions engineer, or technical partner manager at an AI platform or developer tooling company (preferred).
  • Experience as an early engineer at a YC-backed AI startup (preferred).
  • Open source projects or public demos with meaningful community adoption (preferred).
  • Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, and Git (preferred).
