Description

  • Manage and develop a highly motivated Pre-Sales Solutions Architecture team across multiple countries.
  • Partner with sales counterparts to define, improve, and execute enterprise sales initiatives.
  • Work with customers to craft and build solutions that address their business needs.
  • Foster strong customer relationships that create growth opportunities and support customer success.
  • Collaborate with Professional Services to improve customer happiness.
  • Coordinate with Marketing on seminars, trade shows, and other marketing events.
  • Coach the team to exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual bookings objectives.
  • Recruit and retain top pre-sales talent.
  • Bring field experience and guidance to improve pre-sales and sales practices.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of pre-sales experience with strong commercial skills.
  • 3+ years of management experience, ideally in pre-sales.
  • Experience managing distributed teams preferred.
  • Track record of overachievement and results, such as awards or top performance recognition.
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage time and resources and technically qualify opportunities effectively.
  • Quick learner with the ability to establish credibility.
  • Database industry background is a plus.
  • Software development background is a plus.
  • Ability to travel up to 30%.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
