Description

  • Coordinate instructors and support Tutor Me Education Regional Operations.
  • Provide academic services and customer support to students and their families.
  • Operate effectively in a virtual environment while maintaining company operating standards.
  • Provide virtual administrative support, including answering phones, managing business data, and creating and maintaining schedules for students and teachers.
  • Manage class schedules to staff sessions efficiently and meet company usage targets.
  • Monitor students’ academic progress and help ensure successful program execution.
  • Manage virtual tutoring sessions and support program and initiative delivery.
  • Conduct conferences with partner program directors to review progress, adjust academic plans, and renew enrollments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with students, families, customers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Support open communication and help resolve conflicts with students and parents.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 2-3 years of progressive career growth.
  • Experience working in a virtual operations and team environment.
  • Strong time management, planning, and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple responsibilities successfully.
  • Professional and approachable demeanor.
  • Effective communication skills in virtual environments.
  • Ability to use communication channels including in person, phone, and video.
  • Ability to work independently and manage remote teachers.
  • High tolerance for ambiguity and ability to adapt to changing work demands.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google applications.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is beneficial.
