Requirements

  • Recognised ICF or EMCC accredited coaching qualification.
  • ACC accreditation or higher is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated experience as a Career Coach supporting professionals across different career stages.
  • Strong experience delivering one-to-one coaching programmes.
  • Experience facilitating group coaching and training workshops.
  • Ability to coach individuals through career transitions and career advancement.
  • Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience working remotely and supporting individuals across different regions and time zones.
  • Strong understanding of career development frameworks and coaching methodologies.
  • Experience with psychometric assessment tools is advantageous.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development, supervision, and coaching best practice.
