Description

Coordinate the daily operations of virtual tutoring programs from enrollment through completion.
Manage instructor and student schedules to maximize attendance, efficiency, and program utilization.
Monitor live tutoring sessions to ensure quality, attendance, and operational excellence.
Track student academic progress and identify opportunities for additional support.
Deliver exceptional service and support to students, parents, and families.
Resolve scheduling challenges and customer concerns with professionalism and empathy.
Conduct regular progress conferences with partner program directors to review outcomes, adjust academic plans, and support enrollment renewals.
Support Regional Operations through administrative coordination, scheduling, reporting, and data management.
Maintain accurate records across operational systems and ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.
Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and customer experience while contributing to special projects as needed.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree.
2–4 years of experience in education operations, customer success, program coordination, academic services, or a similar operational role.
Experience working successfully in a remote or virtual work environment.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Proven ability to build positive relationships with customers, families, and cross-functional teams.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and cloud-based business applications.
Experience supporting K-12 education programs, tutoring organizations, or school districts (preferred).
Experience managing scheduling, workforce coordination, or educational operations (preferred).
Experience with CRM, student information systems, or scheduling platforms (preferred).
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
