Description

  • Coordinate the daily operations of virtual tutoring programs from enrollment through completion.
  • Manage instructor and student schedules to maximize attendance, efficiency, and program utilization.
  • Monitor live tutoring sessions to ensure quality, attendance, and operational excellence.
  • Track student academic progress and identify opportunities for additional support.
  • Deliver exceptional service and support to students, parents, and families.
  • Resolve scheduling challenges and customer concerns with professionalism and empathy.
  • Conduct regular progress conferences with partner program directors to review outcomes, adjust academic plans, and support enrollment renewals.
  • Support Regional Operations through administrative coordination, scheduling, reporting, and data management.
  • Maintain accurate records across operational systems and ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and customer experience while contributing to special projects as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 2–4 years of experience in education operations, customer success, program coordination, academic services, or a similar operational role.
  • Experience working successfully in a remote or virtual work environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Proven ability to build positive relationships with customers, families, and cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and cloud-based business applications.
  • Experience supporting K-12 education programs, tutoring organizations, or school districts (preferred).
  • Experience managing scheduling, workforce coordination, or educational operations (preferred).
  • Experience with CRM, student information systems, or scheduling platforms (preferred).
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
