Description

  • Review, audit, and manage transaction files for brokerage and state-specific compliance.
  • Resolve missing or inaccurate documentation that could delay closings or commission processing.
  • Process commissions and audit splits, referral fees, transaction fees, co-broke agreements, deposits, and GCI calculations.
  • Generate CDAs, support escrow releases, and verify payment readiness.
  • Provide agents with support on transaction status, submissions, requirements, and payment timelines.
  • Manage the shared inbox, resolve outstanding transaction items, and route inquiries to appropriate teams.
  • Maintain transaction records, notes, communications, escalations, and deposit-log investigations in internal systems.
  • Manage a high volume of transactions independently while prioritizing work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Identify workflow inefficiencies and implement scalable process improvements.
  • Collaborate with Agent Finance, Accounting, Brokerage Operations, and training teams.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience processing real estate transactions.
  • Experience with real estate transactions in Connecticut, Delaware, Illinois, Maryland, New England, and Virginia.
  • Advanced Excel proficiency, including pivot tables and lookups.
  • Exceptional attention to detail when auditing documents and financial data.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with a strong customer-service orientation.
  • Ability to learn new systems, adapt to changing processes, work independently, and drive results.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • SkySlope experience preferred; familiarity with Total Brokerage and real estate commission platforms is valuable.
  • Real estate license is a plus; candidates should be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship and preferably located in Eastern or Central time zones.

Benefits

  • $70,000–$75,000 USD national base salary range.
  • Remote-eligible role for candidates located in Eastern or Central time zones within the United States.
