Description

  • Follow up on leads and acquire new homes.
  • Value properties, analyze comparable sales, and determine property value.
  • Estimate repairs and calculate ARV and as-is value.
  • Negotiate property acquisitions and dispositions.
  • Perform extensive due diligence on acquisitions and prepare contracts for ratification.
  • Meet with homeowners in person to present offers.
  • Work with realtors, buyers, lenders, and title companies through the closing process.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of sales experience.
  • Consistently ranked in the top 10% of sales staff in previous roles.
  • Strong communication and computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Proven experience meeting and exceeding quotas through phone sales.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.
  • Ability to conduct in-person meetings with prospects and clients on a regular basis.
  • Real estate acquisition or related experience preferred.
