Description

  • Represent Booksy as the face of the company in the Pembroke Pines region.
  • Expand Booksy’s presence and grow its footprint among small businesses in North Miami.
  • Build lasting face-to-face relationships with prospects and clients.
  • Manage a pipeline of potential clients and develop new business through cold calls, walk-ins, and social media outreach.
  • Attend industry events and conduct product demos for prospective customers.
  • Educate clients on the app’s features and help them understand how to use the platform successfully.
  • Champion Booksy’s values and vision within the broader beauty industry.
  • Support businesses in adopting Booksy’s solutions and realizing growth potential.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of prior door-to-door field sales experience preferred.
  • Must be located in Pembroke Pines, FL.
  • Must have access to a vehicle to travel to client locations.
  • Results-driven with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in the beauty industry preferred.
  • Experience selling technology or SaaS products is a plus.
  • Experience working with small business clients is a plus.
  • Experience using Salesforce to organize sales activity and manage pipeline.
  • Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing, scale-up environment.
  • Strong initiative and self-starter mindset.

Benefits

  • $50,000–$65,000 base salary plus uncapped variable compensation of $36,000+.
  • Remote work with flexible work schedules.
