Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and build trust and credibility quickly.
  • Manage day-to-day client relationships in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
  • Partner with internal teams to develop and execute integrated marketing plans across digital and print channels.
  • Support launch and new indication campaign work and help drive milestone-based execution.
  • Act as the connective tissue between clients, agency partners, and P10's delivery team.
  • Develop a strong understanding of client business, disease areas, brand strategy, and HCP marketing priorities.
  • Support budget management, forecasting, and financial performance tracking with Operations.
  • Flag scope changes and budget risks early and proactively.
  • Represent the team in occasional in-person workshops and on-site collaboration.
  • Collaborate with clients in their preferred communication style, including quick calls and texts when needed.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience in pharmaceutical advertising or healthcare marketing; 4 years may be considered with demonstrated strong career growth.
  • Proven HCP marketing experience is required.
  • Launch experience and new indication work are required.
  • Strong experience managing digital and print campaigns.
  • Deep familiarity with MLR processes and Veeva Vault submissions is required.
  • Proficiency with Slack and Microsoft Teams for day-to-day collaboration.
  • Comfort working in ambiguity, with direct communication, and in informal client relationships.
  • Ability to travel 5–10% to client workshops and on-site collaboration in NY, NJ, or PA.
  • Based in the United States, preferably in NY, NJ, or PA.
  • 9-month contract duration with potential to convert to permanent based on business needs and performance.

Benefits

  • $100,000 to $130,000 annual salary.
  • Fully remote role for candidates located in the United States, with preference for NY, NJ, or PA.
  • Potential for conversion to a permanent position after the 9-month contract.
  • Travel opportunities for client workshops and on-site collaboration.
  • Work with a remote-only, seasoned team at P10.
