Description

  • Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for clients and build proactive, trust-based relationships.
  • Anticipate client needs and shift account management from reactive support to proactive service.
  • Translate client briefs, feedback, and requests into clear direction for internal creative, copy, and design teams.
  • Partner with the studio project manager to keep projects aligned with client expectations and on schedule.
  • Manage high-volume social media content workflows across two fast-moving accounts simultaneously.
  • Ensure deliverables meet brand standards and regulatory requirements for pharmaceutical and healthcare clients.
  • Work closely with the Account Director and studio team to deliver against client goals.
  • Maintain clear communication across internal teams and client stakeholders.
  • Support the senior account team with budget tracking and financial oversight.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in pharmaceutical advertising or another regulated industry.
  • Experience managing high-volume social media campaigns in a regulated or compliance-driven environment.
  • Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced, reactive environment while building more proactive client engagement.
  • Strong ability to translate client requests into clear, actionable creative briefs for internal teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including use of Slack and Microsoft Teams.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% for client collaboration.
  • Experience working in pharmaceutical marketing is deeply preferred.
  • Ability to work fully remote in the United States, specifically from NY, NJ, or PA.
