Description

  • Provide leadership and oversight for the teams within the reporting structure.
  • Set performance goals, monitor progress, and drive a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
  • Manage headcount, hiring, employee reviews, coaching, and staff development.
  • Act as an escalation point for critical client issues and major incidents.
  • Coordinate communication with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams during incidents and service requests.
  • Manage scheduling, utilization, ticket backlog, and workflow adherence to support profitable and efficient operations.
  • Track key metrics, trend issues, and use data to identify and prioritize process improvements.
  • Ensure SLOs, SLAs, and internal efficiency targets are met or exceeded.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, change management records, timesheets, expenses, and customer communications.
  • Collaborate across departments and participate in meetings, training, and company events as needed.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of relevant technical experience.
  • 8+ years of relevant management or leadership experience.
  • At least 5 years of relevant IT experience supporting customer environments.
  • At least 5 years of experience with Windows Server, Microsoft 365 cloud environments, Active Directory, GPOs, routing and switching, firewalls, VPNs, virus and security tools, LAN/WAN technologies, and virtualization technologies.
  • Experience supporting infrastructure environments.
  • Experience in IT service delivery and managing customer expectations.
  • Demonstrable experience in incident, problem, and change management.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships and resolve conflicts.
  • Experience in business analysis and a good understanding of financial concepts.
  • KPI goals consistently met in the current role.
  • Ability to present information to senior management clearly and concisely.
  • Experience with client service and maintaining trust relationships with clients and co-workers.
  • Ability to work 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM (EST).
