Description

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for sales roles, from job intake through offer acceptance and onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, team dynamics, and ideal candidate profiles.
  • Source and attract qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and direct outreach.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate qualifications, sales competencies, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers and keep the process moving efficiently.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with candidates to deliver a positive candidate experience.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of sales talent for current and future hiring needs.
  • Track candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Support employer branding efforts and represent the company professionally to external candidates.
  • Provide market insights to hiring managers on talent availability, salary trends, and hiring strategies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably with a focus on sales roles.
  • Experience recruiting sales professionals within the technology industry, such as SaaS, MSP, IT services, or software companies.
  • Strong understanding of sales functions and the competencies needed across different stages of the sales cycle.
  • Experience managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and other sourcing tools.
  • Preferred experience recruiting in SaaS, MSP, or other technology-focused organizations.
  • Preferred ability to assess sales competencies such as prospecting, closing ability, pipeline management, and quota attainment.
  • Preferred experience working in a remote or global hiring environment.
