Description

  • Serve as the internal Procore specialist for user onboarding, offboarding, troubleshooting, and integration-related issues.
  • Upload budgets and WBS structures to projects.
  • Update and create SOP documentation.
  • Set up, update, and maintain training content in Talent LMS, including PowerPoint materials and recorded trainings.
  • Assign and monitor training in Talent LMS and identify areas of non-compliance.
  • Manage the internal Jira queue and route tickets to the appropriate owners.
  • Assist in creating business requirements documentation for larger integration projects.
  • Help develop timelines for integration projects.
  • Support user-related problem resolution across Procore and connected systems.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience using Procore in a professional setting.
  • Familiarity with construction project management and financial workflows, including budgeting, invoicing, commitments, and change orders.
  • Strong technical aptitude and a willingness to learn new tools and systems.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical users.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Experience with Procore API or similar software platforms is preferred.
  • Exposure to or interest in APIs and basic integration concepts such as JSON, endpoints, and webhooks is preferred.
  • Background in construction accounting or finance systems is preferred.
