Description

  • Own customer onboarding from kickoff through launch across one or multiple PushPress products.
  • Configure products, integrations, workflows, and initial account settings based on customer needs.
  • Deliver onboarding through one-on-one calls, screen sharing, Intercom support, and live troubleshooting.
  • Track milestones, manage dependencies, follow up proactively, and remove onboarding blockers.
  • Educate customers on workflows aligned with their business goals and operating models.
  • Identify early churn signals and coordinate risk mitigation with Support and Operations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to identify and resolve onboarding gaps.
  • Create and update help documentation, training materials, playbooks, and scaled onboarding programs.
  • Build deep product expertise and stay current on releases, feature updates, and best practices.
  • Manage multiple onboarding timelines while improving time to launch, onboarding satisfaction, and early retention.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in SaaS onboarding, implementation, or client-facing roles.
  • Experience managing customers through multi-step, multi-week setup or implementation processes.
  • Strong knowledge of PushPress products, configuration, and core workflows; familiarity with PushPress is preferred but not required.
  • Strong project management, milestone ownership, organization, and follow-through skills.
  • Clear written and verbal communication, with the ability to explain technical concepts simply.
  • Comfort delivering onboarding through video calls, screen sharing, chat, and live troubleshooting.
  • Ability to manage multiple timelines, context-switch between calls and support work, and prioritize competing needs.
  • Experience using CRM systems to track progress, risks, and outcomes; familiarity with Intercom, HubSpot, Zoom, Slack, and Google Workspace.
  • Empathy, calm under pressure, adaptability, and a customer-centered ownership mindset.
  • Preferred: experience improving onboarding playbooks or automation, supporting CRM workflows, or working in gym ownership, management, or fitness operations.
