Description

  • Own a named account territory and build a qualified pipeline from prospecting through close.
  • Lead the full sales cycle, including discovery, solution design, ROI modeling, proposal development, executive presentations, negotiation, and closing.
  • Develop and manage relationships with VP- and C-suite decision makers across warehouse operations, supply chain, and IT.
  • Partner with the solutions engineering team on technical scoping and solution development.
  • Build competitive sales strategies and serve as a subject matter expert in the warehouse automation market.
  • Accurately forecast pipeline and manage CRM discipline.
  • Represent Prime Robotics at industry events, trade shows such as MODEX and ProMat, and customer sites.
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews that demonstrate quantifiable value to customers.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of enterprise sales experience, with a track record of closing $1M–$10M+ deals in warehouse automation, robotics, material handling, or adjacent industries preferred.
  • Verifiable quota attainment, ideally 70–100%+ of plan on $5M–$10M quotas.
  • Familiarity with AMR, ASRS, WES/WMS, or sortation technologies.
  • Experience selling to VP of Operations, VP of Supply Chain, and C-suite buyers across multi-threaded accounts.
  • Comfort managing long, complex 12–24 month sales cycles and multi-stakeholder buying committees.
  • Strong financial fluency and the ability to build and present ROI/payback models to a CFO.
  • Strong CRM hygiene and forecast discipline in a data-driven sales process.
  • Based in the Western region with willingness to travel 40–50% throughout the territory.
  • Experience with robotics, automation, or warehouse management systems is a plus.
  • Deep knowledge of warehouse automation trends and technologies is preferred.
  • Previous success in e-commerce, retail, manufacturing, or distribution sectors is preferred.
  • Track record of success in high-growth startups or technology companies is preferred.
