Description

Architect, develop, and maintain Drupal-based interactive web projects.
Build scalable Drupal solutions using custom modules, themes, and CMS configurations.
Translate business requirements and creative designs into functional Drupal implementations.
Implement third-party integrations, including APIs, marketing tools, and CRM systems.
Maintain and update legacy Drupal codebases and support ongoing enhancements.
Participate in architecture discussions, technical planning, code reviews, and QA workflows.
Support deployment processes, troubleshoot production issues, and optimize performance and caching.
Collaborate with account, creative, UX, project management, client IT teams, and external vendors.
Provide technical assistance to creative and UX teams and help estimate tasks and project work.
Contribute to documentation, internal knowledge sharing, and best-practice standards.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, MIS, a related field, or equivalent experience.
3–5 years of professional Drupal development experience.
Strong experience with Drupal 9/10, including site building and custom development.
Experience building and maintaining custom Drupal modules.
Proficiency in PHP and the Drupal API.
Experience with Drupal theming, including Twig, custom themes, and component-based development.
Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript.
Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.
Experience with Composer, Git-based source control workflows, and Drupal configuration management/deployment workflows.
Familiarity with MySQL, relational database concepts, web accessibility (WCAG), SEO best practices, and Apache and/or Nginx environments.
Preferred experience with decoupled/headless Drupal, React or Vue, AWS, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Acquia or Pantheon, multi-site Drupal, performance optimization and caching, and regulated industries.
Bonus skills include AWS Lambda, PHP object-oriented development, Bootstrap, SQL, WordPress core and plugin development, Tailwind CSS, Python, Linux (preferably RHEL), and SAML experience.
