Description

  • Manage, oversee, and support the FSP Contract Management Team and related site contracts operations.
  • Serve as a single point of contact for FSP clients, Precision FSP team members, and stakeholders on site contracting matters.
  • Line manage a team of FSP contract and budget associates.
  • Allocate resources for new business and forecast current and expected FSP workload.
  • Monitor and report FSP contract metrics, including productivity of the site contracts function.
  • Ensure adherence to company and sponsor policies, procedures, and contracting standards.
  • Escalate and resolve complex issues with Legal, Finance, or leadership as needed.
  • Support the review, drafting, and negotiation of agreements including confidentiality, master confidentiality, clinical study, ancillary, and amendment agreements.
  • Oversee execution of agreements at the FSP portfolio level.
  • Identify process improvements and help design and implement policies and procedures for timely contract execution.

Requirements

  • 4-year college degree or equivalent experience, ideally in a scientific or healthcare discipline.
  • At least 6 years of experience in site contracts within a Clinical Research Organization (CRO) and FSP service delivery model.
  • Experience in people management.
  • Experience supporting contract review, drafting, and negotiation activities.
  • Experience working with internal and external stakeholders, including clients.
  • Ability to participate in strategic initiatives and business development activities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment (#LI-Remote).
