Description

  • Manage the end-to-end contract process from intake through negotiation to final execution.
  • Review, draft, and redline commercial agreements including NDAs, MSAs, Service Provider Agreements, Solutions Proposals, Statements of Work, and other contracts as needed.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for counterparties during contract negotiations.
  • Balance speed and risk to move agreements forward without exposing the company to avoidable liabilities.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Sales, Finance, and Insurance to resolve business and commercial terms.
  • Identify and escalate legal or risk issues to senior legal leadership when appropriate.
  • Track and manage contract status to ensure timely execution and visibility.
  • Support continuous improvement of contracting processes and workflows.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in contract management, legal operations, or a related role.
  • Strong experience negotiating commercial agreements, including NDAs, MSAs, vendor contracts, and customer contracts.
  • Excellent redlining and issue-spotting skills.
  • Solid understanding of key legal and commercial terms such as liability, indemnity, payment terms, and SLAs.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and confidently with both legal and non-legal stakeholders.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
  • Experience with contract management systems such as Ironclad, DocuSign CLM, or similar is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • JD or paralegal certification is a plus but not required.
  • Must be based in the United States.
