Description

  • Manage, oversee, and support the FSP Contract Management Team and related site contracts operations.
  • Serve as a single point of contact for FSP clients, internal teams, and stakeholders on site contracting matters.
  • Line manage a team of FSP contract and budget associates.
  • Allocate resources for new business and forecast current and expected FSP workload.
  • Participate in planning discussions about future FSP contract structure and resource needs.
  • Track, report, and manage FSP contract metrics and productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with company and sponsor policies, procedures, and contracting standards.
  • Escalate and resolve complex issues with Legal, Finance, or leadership as needed.
  • Support review, drafting, and negotiation of confidentiality agreements, master confidentiality agreements, clinical study agreements, ancillary agreements, and amendments.
  • Oversee execution of agreements at the FSP portfolio level and improve processes to support timely contract delivery.

Requirements

  • 4-year college degree or equivalent experience, ideally in a scientific or healthcare discipline.
  • At least 6 years of experience in Site Contracts within a Clinical Research Organization (CRO) and FSP service delivery model.
  • Experience in people management.
  • Ability to support contract negotiations and work with key FSP clients and stakeholders.
  • Experience with contract management metrics, forecasting, and resource planning is preferred.
  • Experience designing or implementing policies and procedures to improve contract execution is preferred.
