Description

  • Draft, review, negotiate, and complete NDAs, MSAs, IOs, contracts, and other legal agreements.
  • Maintain and update contract templates, fallback clauses, and negotiation playbooks.
  • Support data privacy requests from customers, clients, partners, and employees.
  • Maintain contract records and coordinate with internal departments to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Work with internal teams and leadership to develop and support new processes and procedures for compliance requirements.
  • Provide guidance to operational staff to build compliance-related competencies across the organization.
  • Assist with international governance and compliance requirements.
  • Research and report on current laws and regulations, including local privacy requirements.
  • Complete vendor onboarding and maintenance documents and keep vendor and contract records accurate.
  • Support vendor and security assessments and questionnaires, and provide general administrative support as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required; law degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience working with contracts in a fast-paced, in-house environment.
  • Proven experience managing legal projects from conception to completion.
  • Excellent English communication skills across Slack, email, phone, and in-person.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and precise.
  • Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Creative problem solver with a proactive mindset.
  • Comfortable working US business hours and the scheduled overnight shift in the Philippines (9pm to 6am PHT Apr-Oct or 10pm to 7am PHT Nov-Mar).
  • Must have a working laptop/PC, internet access, and a backup connection.
  • Background in marketing, software, or lead generation is a plus.
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the Philippines, as visa sponsorship is not provided.
