Description

  • Manage, oversee, and support the FSP Contract Management Team and related site contracts operations.
  • Serve as a single point of contact for FSP clients, Precision teams, and stakeholders on site contracting matters.
  • Line manage a team of FSP contract and budget associates.
  • Allocate resources for new business and forecast and plan current and expected FSP work.
  • Participate in planning future FSP contract structure and resource needs.
  • Track, report, and manage FSP contract metrics and team productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with company and sponsor policies, procedures, and contracting standards.
  • Escalate and resolve complex issues with Legal, Finance, or leadership as needed.
  • Support review, drafting, and negotiation of confidentiality agreements, master confidentiality agreements, clinical study agreements, ancillary agreements, and amendment agreements.
  • Oversee execution of agreements at the FSP portfolio level and help improve contracting processes and procedures.

Requirements

  • 4-year college degree or equivalent experience, ideally in a scientific or healthcare discipline.
  • At least 6 years of experience in site contracts departments within CROs and FSP service delivery models.
  • Experience in people management.
  • Experience supporting contract review, drafting, and negotiations.
  • Ability to work with legal, finance, sponsors, and internal stakeholders on complex issues.
  • Experience managing resources, forecasting workload, and tracking productivity is preferred.
