Description

  • Lead the growth and development of consultative services for life sciences clients within the consulting team.
  • Deliver market access engagements across the access continuum, including payer, provider, and patient solutions.
  • Achieve revenue and sales goals through direct client engagement and support of project leads.
  • Provide leadership and direction as part of the core consulting leadership team delivering high-quality services to biopharmaceutical clients.
  • Support hiring, staffing, people development, and culture building.
  • Collaborate across business units on business strategy and execution.
  • Build new business opportunities and maintain long-term client partnerships.
  • Identify, propose, and execute technical and strategic solutions for client needs.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop staff, including onboarding and career development planning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Science, Economics, Business, or a related field preferred; master’s or PhD degree in a related field is an advantage.
  • 10+ years of consulting or related commercialization strategy experience, with most of that experience in health policy or reimbursement strategy.
  • Experience focused on physician-administered medicine.
  • Proven track record in revenue generation and business development.
  • Strong understanding of market access and reimbursement.
  • Deep expertise in Medicare access and payment dynamics.
  • Strong understanding of CMS regulations, coding, payment methodologies, and physician reimbursement dynamics.
  • Excellent communication skills, including strong strategic and technical writing skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to build credibility with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience leading teams, guiding decision-making, and developing direct reports.
  • Ability to stay current on industry drivers, client challenges, opportunities, and competition.
