Description

  • Develop, manage, and communicate project workflows to support successful client program execution.
  • Partner with Scientific Directors and Strategic Account leaders to track timelines, milestones, resource needs, and project status.
  • Oversee multiple projects, stakeholders, timelines, and priorities across complex programs.
  • Coordinate medical, legal, and regulatory (MLR) review processes.
  • Maintain project documentation, workflow processes, and operational accuracy.
  • Support financial tracking, budget monitoring, invoicing, and resource planning activities.
  • Serve as a primary client contact for status updates, operational discussions, and financial communications.
  • Coordinate vendor activities and program logistics as needed.
  • Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to Program Coordinators and junior team members.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 1–3 years of project management experience in a pharmaceutical-related service business such as medical communications, healthcare advertising, sales training, or digital production.
  • Experience managing multiple projects, timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for working with clients and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience supporting project budgets, financial monitoring, invoicing, or resource planning.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and project management tools.
  • Ability and willingness to travel as required.
  • Experience managing Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR) review processes, preferred.
  • Knowledge of scientific publication planning processes and Datavision, preferred.
  • Experience working with vendors, meeting logistics, or event planning, preferred.
  • Previous coaching, training, or mentoring experience with junior project management professionals, preferred.
