Description

  • Develop and own a unified go-to-market strategy for the Payments platform across chiropractic, vision/optometry, orthodontics, and wellbeing markets.
  • Translate the core Payments value proposition into vertical-specific messaging that reflects each market’s workflow, reimbursement environment, and buyer context.
  • Manage multiple concurrent launch timelines and feature releases across brands while balancing platform consistency with vertical relevance.
  • Define and maintain ideal customer profiles for each vertical, including workflow nuances, payer mix, payment plan preferences, and practice size considerations.
  • Own the Payments messaging architecture, including core positioning, vertical proof points, and differentiation from competitors.
  • Build and maintain a content library that includes case studies, ROI calculators, white papers, battlecards, one-pagers, demo scripts, and digital assets.
  • Create sales enablement programs and materials that help sales teams sell Payments effectively and increase attach rates.
  • Partner with Revenue Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and CRO teams on pipeline-generating campaigns and post-sale expansion playbooks.
  • Monitor the competitive landscape and healthcare payments industry trends to keep positioning current and defensible.
  • Define, track, and report on marketing KPIs such as attach rate, influenced pipeline, content engagement, and enablement utilization.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Analytics to build dashboards and measurement frameworks that connect marketing activity to revenue outcomes.
  • Build foundational knowledge of the company’s RCM offerings and help develop an integrated financial solutions marketing strategy.

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of B2B product marketing experience with ownership of launch, adoption, and expansion across the product lifecycle.
  • Working knowledge of physician practice payment workflows, insurance reimbursement, patient payment plans, and RCM fundamentals; healthcare payments experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience managing concurrent launch timelines and adapting a platform-level value proposition across distinct buyer segments, ICPs, or verticals.
  • Proven ability to translate complex technical or financial products into clear, differentiated messaging for non-technical buyers.
  • Experience building messaging architectures and content that support conversion.
  • Track record of developing sales enablement programs that improve sales confidence and win rates.
  • Comfort working directly with AEs, SEs, and sales leadership.
  • Data-driven approach with experience defining marketing KPIs, interpreting funnel data, and connecting marketing activity to revenue outcomes such as attach rate, pipeline influence, and ARR impact.
  • Effective cross-functional influence across Product, Sales, CX, and Marketing in matrixed, fast-moving environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field required; Pragmatic Marketing or similar PMM certification is a plus.
