Description

Oversee end-to-end delivery of professional services and ensure clear project timelines.
Organize and optimize production timesheets and maximize billable production time.
Build a systematic approach to manage and forecast the delivery backlog.
Manage capacity planning and allocate internal staff and external contractors based on demand.
Hire or reduce contractor support to keep resources aligned with workload.
Partner closely with Sales to identify additional opportunities and prioritize lucrative, deliverable work.
Lead the Professional Services and Customer Care functions and foster a cohesive team culture.
Shape the Customer Care function to ensure efficient client issue resolution and a high-quality post-sales experience.

Requirements

Previous leadership experience in Professional Services, ideally with PMO or Project Management experience.
Experience working in a SaaS environment is required.
Fluent in both French and English.
Ability to operate hands-on and manage day-to-day execution, not just high-level consulting.
Commercial acumen to prioritize billable work and collaborate with Sales to drive revenue.
Client-focused, interactive, and able to build relationships effectively in a remote and in-person setting.
Knowledge of the Salesforce platform or HRIS solutions is a strong advantage.
Comfort using AI tools to improve productivity and work quality.
