Description

  • Manage designated paid media accounts end to end and ensure pacing and KPI targets are met.
  • Own Paid Search strategy, ideation, road mapping, and testing while guiding the team with clear direction.
  • Partner with Account Managers, the Media Supervisor, and the Associate Media Director on client goals, priorities, and media planning.
  • Serve as the primary internal and external point of contact for owned accounts.
  • Generate reporting, write insights, and communicate performance updates and recommendations to clients.
  • Maintain and optimize held accounts through bidding changes, structural updates, conversion setup, and copy revisions.
  • Design and adjust campaign strategies to align with client business goals and internal objectives.
  • Plan, design, and deploy monthly and quarterly tests across structure, targeting, creative, messaging, and conversions.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop new assets, messaging, and design concepts.
  • Identify opportunities to expand media coverage, grow account billing, and improve full-funnel performance.

Requirements

  • 4-5+ years of experience, primarily in Paid Search.
  • Experience in Paid Social, Programmatic, or both is preferred.
  • Strong working knowledge of Google Ads is required.
  • Familiarity with Bing, Meta, and a DSP platform is suggested.
  • Experience managing paid media budgets above $100K per month.
  • Experience driving paid media strategy and testing.
  • Experience owning projects from strategy briefs and recommendations through campaign deployment and reporting.
  • Confident ability to communicate with and persuade clients.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
  • Ability to work with both internal team members and clients.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Advanced spoken and written English is required.
