Description

  • Maintain full focus on one of DEPT®’s largest and most dynamic clients.
  • Design and execute programmatic strategies across Display, Video, CTV, and Audio aligned to client business goals.
  • Manage large-scale budgets and optimize allocation across tactics and inventory to maximize ROI.
  • Lead negotiation and management of Programmatic Guaranteed and Private Marketplace deals with premium publishers.
  • Translate complex programmatic data into clear, actionable insights for client presentations.
  • Partner with Integrated Planning and Data Strategy teams to align programmatic activity with the broader media mix.
  • Oversee campaign technical quality, including brand safety and third-party verification standards.
  • Provide guidance and tactical support to Associate-level team members.
  • Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and new inventory sources.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of hands-on experience in programmatic media buying.
  • Experience working within Google Ads and DSPs such as DV360, The Trade Desk, or Amazon DSP.
  • Deep understanding of the programmatic ecosystem, including identity solutions, real-time bidding, and the cookie-less landscape.
  • Proven ability to plan, execute, and optimize high-volume, full-funnel B2B programmatic campaigns.
  • Experience managing high-touch accounts while prioritizing effectively under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools.
  • Experience with Google Campaign Manager 360 and third-party verification tools such as IAS, DoubleVerify, or MOAT.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain programmatic concepts clearly to clients.
  • Ability to work remotely while being located in the Eastern time zone, ideally New York.
  • A collaborative, curious mindset and willingness to test new platforms and inventory sources.
