Description

  • Lead paid advertising strategy and performance marketing for key enterprise accounts, ensuring strong execution and client goal achievement.
  • Own the execution, performance, and growth of the paid advertising service within the assigned book of business.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for complex accounts, resolving roadblocks, difficult conversations, and performance issues.
  • Apply advanced cross-channel expertise, including attribution, incrementality, and measurement, to improve client results.
  • Oversee campaign execution and quality assurance to prevent revenue-impacting errors.
  • Manage budget pacing and advise on budget changes as needed.
  • Maintain strong communication with clients and internal teams through strategic and performance discussions.
  • Mentor, coach, and train team members to improve capability and close knowledge gaps.
  • Support new business pitches and account audits with strategic insights and industry perspective.
  • Leverage AI tools to improve workflows, insights, and performance, and model best practices for adoption.

Requirements

  • 5-6 years of digital marketing experience, including 4+ years in an agency setting.
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on search engine marketing experience.
  • Experience developing and optimizing campaigns through bid optimization, keyword research, and ad copy development on large enterprise accounts.
  • Significant campaign management experience in at least 3 of the following: Performance Max, Standard Shopping, YouTube Ads, Display Advertising, Local campaigns, or Bing Ads.
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Meta direct response campaigns.
  • Experience with additional platforms such as TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or Pinterest Ads is a plus.
  • Lead generation and B2B marketing experience.
  • Proficiency in Google and Microsoft Office Suites.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics.
  • Expert knowledge of funnel marketing and paid advertising across the marketing funnel.
  • Strong ability to derive meaningful insights from marketing data and tell the story behind the numbers.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and confidence in client-facing presentations.
  • Self-motivated, able to learn quickly and independently, and interested in a long-term relationship with a growing company.
  • Advanced spoken and written English proficiency is required.
