Description

  • Lead paid search strategy and execution across a portfolio of clients to meet or exceed efficiency, growth, and budget targets.
  • Develop and implement channel-specific optimization and monitoring strategies using bid management platforms such as SA360.
  • Own paid search contributions to client roadmaps, testing plans, dashboards, and QBRs/FBRs.
  • Prioritize and execute high-impact initiatives that improve account performance and support client objectives.
  • Partner with Client Partners to deliver strategic paid search recommendations and support client-facing communications.
  • Create high-quality paid search materials for tactical plans and business reviews while meeting deadlines and QA standards.
  • Ensure paid search work is thoroughly QA-checked, accurately executed, and aligned with client budget stewardship.
  • Coach and mentor team members through onboarding, account context, and technical and strategic skill development.
  • Contribute to agency thought leadership and help build a strong-performing team.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on paid search experience across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and analytics platforms.
  • Advanced understanding of paid search strategy across the funnel, including experience with bid management platforms such as SA360.
  • Experience managing campaigns across Google Search, Display, and App campaigns with a full-funnel activation approach.
  • Proven experience designing and analyzing A/B tests to inform optimization and strategy decisions.
  • Ability to analyze performance, present insights, and make clear optimization recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills with proficiency in Excel for data analysis and performance tracking.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience contributing to client-facing presentations and strategic narratives.
  • Experience mentoring or managing junior team members and supporting skill development, performance growth, and team engagement.
  • Salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 based on experience, expertise, location, and organizational impact.
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. and able to complete E-Verify/I-9 verification.
