Description

  • Own the creative production workflow for ads across multiple active funnels and maintain high output as funnel count grows.
  • Generate new creative ideas, angles, hooks, and concepts on a weekly basis.
  • Manage a team of video editors and AI ad creation specialists, including remote/offshore contributors.
  • Coordinate script approval with the direct-response copywriter and ensure ads move from brief to live quickly.
  • Meet editing and production deadlines while maintaining zero quality errors.
  • Evolve the ticketing, briefing, QA, and ship process to improve scalability and throughput.
  • Keep the ad engine running at approximately 100+ ads per week with consistent quality.
  • Collaborate with marketing leadership on creative execution while not owning media buying or performance testing.
  • Build systems, templates, and workflow improvements that support expansion across more offers and funnels.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience owning ad creative in performance marketing, with Meta/Facebook ads experience required.
  • Experience personally managing 3+ video editors, ideally including remote or offshore teams.
  • Experience running an ad production pipeline at 50+ ads per week in at least one role.
  • Hands-on experience shipping ads for info-products, coaching, bootcamps, trading, agency services, or high-return DTC brands.
  • Ability to explain an exact ad-production workflow, including volume, team structure, and tool stack.
  • Strong concept development habits, including maintaining a hook library and generating new angles regularly.
  • Daily competitor-ad research habits and familiarity with ad libraries or public portfolio examples of winning ads.
  • Experience working in-house at a known DTC/performance brand or at a high-ticket info-product/coaching company is preferred.
  • Experience building brief templates, QA gates, or ticketing systems is preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with live paid Meta ads is required; TV, film, brand-campaign, or purely aesthetic creative backgrounds are not a fit.
