Description

  • Manage designated paid media accounts end to end and own day-to-day account performance.
  • Meet pacing and KPI requirements for assigned accounts.
  • Partner with Account Managers, the Media Supervisor, and the Associate Media Director to define client goals, priorities, and efficiency requirements.
  • Serve as the primary internal and external point of contact for owned accounts.
  • Generate reporting, write insights, and communicate performance recommendations to clients.
  • Maintain accounts through optimizations, structural updates, bidding changes, conversion updates, and copy revisions.
  • Develop and adjust campaign strategies to support client business goals and internal objectives.
  • Design, deploy, and evaluate monthly and quarterly tests across structure, targeting, creative, messaging, and conversion.
  • Continuously improve full-funnel account structures through testing and verification.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop new assets, messaging, and design concepts that improve performance.

Requirements

  • 4-5+ years of experience, primarily in Paid Social.
  • Experience across multiple paid social channels, paid search, or programmatic is ideal.
  • Strong platform expertise in Meta Ads; LinkedIn, TikTok, or Reddit Ads are preferred.
  • Additional familiarity with Google Ads, Bing, and DSP platforms is suggested.
  • Experience managing paid media budgets above $100K per month.
  • Experience driving paid media strategy and testing.
  • Ability to communicate with clients confidently and persuade effectively.
  • Strong reporting, insights, and optimization experience tied to client business goals.
  • Experience owning projects from strategy briefs and recommendations through campaign deployment and reporting.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
  • Ability to work with both internal team members and clients.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Advanced spoken and written English proficiency is required.
