Description

  • Manage designated paid media accounts and meet pacing and KPI targets.
  • Partner with Account Managers and the Media Supervisor to align on client goals, priorities, and efficiency needs.
  • Own the execution, optimization, and day-to-day management of paid advertising campaigns across channels.
  • Generate reporting and contribute performance insights for assigned accounts.
  • Maintain account health through optimizations, structural updates, bidding changes, conversion settings, and copy revisions.
  • Design, deploy, and evaluate tests on a monthly and quarterly cadence across structure, targeting, creative, messaging, and conversion.
  • Ensure flawless setup, tracking, naming conventions, and QA across paid media platforms.
  • Monitor budgets and pacing, flagging risks and opportunities proactively.
  • Prepare and present performance reports and recaps with clear data storytelling.
  • Use Power Digital’s Nova tools and AI technologies to improve strategy, efficiency, and workflow.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of digital marketing experience, including at least 6 months of hands-on Meta Ads experience.
  • 1+ years of direct response marketing experience in Lead Gen, E-Commerce, or B2B is a plus.
  • 1+ years of experience with Meta Ads or Google Ads for direct response campaigns; TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or Pinterest Ads experience is a plus.
  • 1+ years of experience leading paid advertising strategy for direct response marketing efforts.
  • 1+ years of experience with Google Analytics and Shopify; experience with other technical platforms is a plus.
  • 1 year of client-facing experience and handling communications.
  • Excellent Excel skills, including advanced Excel features.
  • Strong data analytics skills and a highly dependable, self-starting work style.
  • Strong organization and time management skills with a positive, high-energy attitude.
  • Advanced spoken and written English proficiency is required.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for problem-solving, continuous learning, and personal development.
