Description

  • Own the execution, performance, and growth of paid media services within an assigned book of business.
  • Manage enterprise-level client accounts through daily optimizations, campaign creation, and high-level strategy.
  • Analyze campaign and source-of-truth data to develop insights and action plans.
  • Maintain frequent communication with internal agency teams and external clients.
  • Handle client questions, difficult conversations, roadblocks, and account issues professionally.
  • Tie paid media efforts to broader business goals and communicate effectively with executives.
  • Support ongoing reporting, optimizations, and all aspects of campaign management, sometimes with a specialist.
  • Use AI tools, outsourced resources, and Power Digital’s Nova ecosystem to improve workflow and performance.
  • Participate in weekly department scrums, training sessions, and development of new training materials.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve campaign performance against client goals.

Requirements

  • 4-5 years of digital marketing experience, including 3+ years in an agency setting.
  • At least 4 years of hands-on Search Engine Marketing experience.
  • Experience with campaign development and optimization for large, enterprise-level accounts.
  • Experience with bid optimization, keyword research, and ad copy development.
  • Significant campaign management experience in 3 or more of the following: Performance Max, Standard Shopping, YouTube Ads, Display Advertising, Local campaigns, or Bing Ads.
  • Proficiency in Google and Microsoft Office suites.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics.
  • Expert knowledge of funnel marketing and paid media’s role in the marketing funnel.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, organizational, project management, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to formulate meaningful insights from marketing data and tell the story beyond the numbers.
  • Advanced spoken and written English is required.
  • Self-motivated, able to learn quickly and independently, and interested in a long-term relationship with a growing company.
