Description

  • Own execution, performance, and growth for paid media accounts within a book of business.
  • Manage enterprise-level campaigns, including daily optimizations, campaign creation, and high-level strategy.
  • Analyze campaign performance data and client source-of-truth data to develop insights and action plans.
  • Maintain frequent communication with internal teams and external clients, including executive-level stakeholders.
  • Handle probing client questions, difficult conversations, roadblocks, and account issues under pressure.
  • Continuously improve campaign performance against client goals.
  • Participate in weekly department scrums and training sessions to deepen channel knowledge.
  • Contribute to the development of new department training materials.
  • Use AI technologies and outsourced resources to improve workflow and business processes.
  • Leverage Power Digital’s Nova ecosystem in support of department work.

Requirements

  • 4–5 years of digital marketing experience, including 3+ years in an agency setting.
  • At least 4 years of hands-on search engine marketing experience.
  • Experience with campaign development and optimization, including bid optimization, keyword research, and ad copy development for large enterprise accounts.
  • Significant campaign management experience in 3 or more of the following: Performance Max, Standard Shopping, YouTube Ads, Display Advertising, Local campaigns, or Bing Ads.
  • Proficiency in Google and Microsoft Office suites.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics.
  • Expert knowledge of funnel marketing and paid media’s role in the marketing funnel.
  • Strong ability to turn marketing data into meaningful insights and narratives.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, project management, interpersonal, and self-motivation skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly and work independently.
  • Advanced spoken and written English proficiency is required.
  • Preferred: interest in building a long-term relationship with a growing company.
