Description

  • Own execution, performance, and growth for paid media accounts within the book of business.
  • Manage enterprise-level campaigns, including daily optimizations, campaign creation, and high-level strategy.
  • Analyze campaign results and client source-of-truth data to develop insights and action plans.
  • Lead client communication, including handling probing questions, difficult conversations, and account issues.
  • Provide ongoing strategic recommendations and forward-looking insights to clients.
  • Collaborate with internal agency teams and participate in weekly department scrums and training sessions.
  • Help develop new department training materials.
  • Use AI tools, outsourcing resources, and Power Digital's Nova ecosystem to improve workflows and business processes.
  • Continuously work to improve campaign performance against client goals.

Requirements

  • 4-5 years of digital marketing experience, including 3+ years in an agency setting.
  • Minimum 4 years of hands-on search engine marketing experience.
  • Experience with campaign development and optimization, including bid optimization, keyword research, and ad copy development for large enterprise accounts.
  • Significant campaign management experience in at least 3 of the following: Performance Max, Standard Shopping, YouTube Ads, Display Advertising, Local campaigns, or Bing Ads.
  • Proficiency with Google and Microsoft Office Suites.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics.
  • Expert knowledge of funnel marketing and paid media's role in the marketing funnel.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Advanced spoken and written English proficiency is required.
  • Preferred: ability to formulate meaningful insights from marketing data and tell the story beyond the numbers.
  • Preferred: self-motivated, quick-learning, and able to work independently.
  • Preferred: interest in a long-term relationship with a growing company.
