Description

  • Own the execution, performance, and growth of paid media campaigns across a book of business.
  • Manage paid search campaigns for clients across multiple business types, sizes, and industries.
  • Perform daily optimizations and make high-level strategy changes to improve results.
  • Analyze campaign performance and client data to create action plans and insights.
  • Handle reporting, client communication, and routine campaign management.
  • Conduct keyword research, ad copy development, and bid optimizations.
  • Collaborate with account leadership to evolve paid media strategy within the broader media mix.
  • Participate in weekly department scrums and training sessions to deepen channel knowledge.
  • Help develop new department training materials.
  • Use AI tools, outsourced resources, and Power Digital’s Nova ecosystem to improve workflow and business processes.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of digital marketing experience, including at least 1 year in an agency setting.
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on search engine marketing experience.
  • Experience with campaign development and optimization, including bid optimization, keyword research, and ad copy development.
  • Significant experience managing one or more additional campaign types such as Performance Max, Standard Shopping, YouTube Ads, Display Advertising, Local campaigns, or Bing Ads.
  • Proficiency in Google and Microsoft Office suites.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics.
  • Strong understanding of full-funnel marketing and paid media’s role in the funnel.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Advanced spoken and written English proficiency is required.
