Description

  • Own the execution, performance, and growth of paid media advertising campaigns within a book of business.
  • Manage paid search campaigns across clients of various business types, sizes, and industries.
  • Perform daily optimizations and make high-level strategy changes to improve campaign results.
  • Analyze campaign performance data and client source-of-truth data to create action plans.
  • Communicate frequently with internal agency teams and assigned clients.
  • Conduct keyword research, ad copy development, bid optimizations, and routine campaign management.
  • Collaborate with account leadership to evolve paid media strategy within the broader media mix.
  • Participate in weekly department scrums and training sessions to expand channel knowledge.
  • Contribute to the development of new department training materials.
  • Use AI technologies, outsourced resources, and Power Digital's Nova ecosystem to improve workflow and business processes.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of digital marketing experience, including 1+ years in an agency setting.
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Search Engine Marketing.
  • Experience with campaign development and optimization processes such as bid optimization, keyword research, and ad copy development.
  • Significant campaign management experience in one or more of the following: Performance Max, Standard Shopping, YouTube Ads, Display Advertising, Local campaigns, or Bing Ads.
  • Proficiency in Google and Microsoft Office suites.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics.
  • Strong understanding of full-funnel marketing and paid media's place in the funnel.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Advanced spoken and written English is required.
