Description

  • Manage paid search campaigns across clients in different industries, including daily optimizations and strategy updates.
  • Own campaign execution, performance, reporting, and growth for assigned accounts.
  • Analyze campaign and source-of-truth data to develop insights, interpretations, and action plans.
  • Conduct keyword research, ad copy development, bid optimizations, and routine campaign management.
  • Collaborate with account leadership to refine paid media strategy within the broader media mix.
  • Maintain frequent communication with internal teams and external clients.
  • Participate in weekly department scrums and training sessions to expand channel knowledge.
  • Contribute to the development of new department training materials.
  • Use AI technologies and available outsourced resources to improve workflow and business processes.
  • Leverage Power Digital’s Nova ecosystem in support of department work.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of digital marketing experience, including 1+ year in an agency setting.
  • At least 2 years of hands-on search engine marketing experience.
  • Experience with campaign development and optimization, including bid optimization, keyword research, and ad copy development.
  • Significant campaign management experience in one or more additional formats: Performance Max, Standard Shopping, YouTube Ads, Display Advertising, Local campaigns, or Bing Ads.
  • Proficiency with Google and Microsoft Office Suites.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics.
  • Strong understanding of full-funnel marketing and paid media’s role in the funnel.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Advanced spoken and written English proficiency is required.
