Description

  • Own the execution, performance, and growth of paid advertising campaigns within a book of business.
  • Manage paid social and paid media campaigns across platforms including Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and Bing Ads.
  • Build and produce campaigns end-to-end, with support from Specialists where applicable.
  • Lead optimization work to improve campaign performance against goals.
  • Manage client budgets and advise on budget changes based on expertise.
  • Own strategic communication internally across client teams and provide weekly client progress recaps with insights and recommendations.
  • Execute reporting and presentation materials that clearly communicate results, next steps, and performance stories to clients and stakeholders.
  • Conduct keyword research, ad copy development, bid optimization, and routine campaign management.
  • Collaborate with account leadership to evolve strategy within the broader media mix.
  • Use AI technologies and Power Digital's Nova ecosystem to improve processes and support department work.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of digital marketing experience, including 1-2 years in an agency setting.
  • At least 2 years of direct response marketing experience in eCommerce, lead generation, or B2B.
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Meta Ads for direct response campaigns.
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience with search engine marketing.
  • Experience with campaign development and optimization tasks such as bid optimization, keyword research, and ad copy development.
  • Significant campaign management experience in one or more additional channels such as Performance Max, Standard Shopping, YouTube Ads, display advertising, local campaigns, or Bing Ads.
  • Proficiency in Google and Microsoft Office suites.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics.
  • Strong understanding of full-funnel marketing and paid media's role in the funnel.
  • Advanced spoken and written English proficiency is required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Self-motivated, quick-learning, and able to work independently.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong work ethic.
  • Interest in building a long-term relationship with a growing company.
