Description

  • Build strong relationships with client stakeholders through proactive communication, business reviews, and strategic discussions.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in developing and executing integrated marketing strategies across paid, owned, and earned channels.
  • Use data and analytics platforms to identify opportunities, produce recommendations, and deliver concise client reporting.
  • Apply multiple data sources and attribution methods to guide budget allocation, campaign optimization, and performance validation.
  • Coach Account Managers and Resource Team leads to strengthen execution, client communication, and business acumen.
  • Manage a portfolio of healthcare clients and work toward monthly recurring revenue targets of $100k-$125k.
  • Lead renewal strategy by initiating conversations at least 90 days before contract expiration and preparing renewal presentations and proposals.
  • Partner with internal teams to identify service expansion opportunities and adjust tactics to improve performance.
  • Support department initiatives such as recruitment, staffing, training, onboarding, and other operational needs.
  • Employ AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related discipline.
  • 6+ years of cross-channel digital marketing experience, including strategic planning, consumer insights, digital integration, and client services.
  • Experience in a digital or media agency is preferred.
  • Proven track record of delivering high customer satisfaction scores through NPS or similar retention metrics.
  • Strong understanding of paid media, particularly Google Ads and Meta Ads.
  • Working knowledge of SEO, analytics, and creative workflows and deliverables.
  • Experience speaking to business-level metrics such as LTV:CAC and ROAS.
  • Proficiency in establishing client goals and validating forecast scenarios.
  • Campaign leadership experience across end-to-end, multi-channel campaign development.
  • Ability to build rapport and develop relationships with director-level contacts.
  • Desire to work as both a marketing consultant and a business consultant for clients.
  • Highly dependable, self-starting, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for problem-solving, continued learning, and personal growth.
