Description

  • Own listing content and SEO, including keyword research, copy, A+ content, backend search terms, and search-term optimization.
  • Manage creative and image workflows by writing design briefs, reviewing assets, coordinating revisions, and uploading final content to Amazon.
  • Handle Seller Central operations across assigned accounts, including suppressed ASINs, catalog errors, and support cases.
  • Monitor account health, Buy Box percentage, pricing anomalies, inventory levels, ratings, and other operational issues.
  • Maintain client communication, provide operational updates, prepare biweekly client decks, and support 30/60/90-day account plans.
  • Coordinate closely with the Graphic Designer to keep a full workload and ensure client expectations are clearly communicated.
  • Manage daily tasks, capacity, action items, and blockers in ClickUp, and keep records organized in Airtable and Google Drive.
  • Support growth strategy by collaborating with PPC on keywords, TACoS, and campaign performance, and by recommending new initiatives.
  • Build SOPs, submit daily check-ins and weekly summaries, and contribute to documentation and team knowledge sharing.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central.
  • Strong written communication skills for clear client updates and follow-through.
  • SEO knowledge, including keyword research, listing copy, and indexation.
  • Highly organized and deadline-driven, with a strong response cadence for client messages.
  • Comfort working with AI tools and automation.
  • Ability to manage 10-12 accounts and coordinate a Graphic Designer's daily workload.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to surface opportunities and provide solutions.
  • Familiarity with Amazon-focused tools including Helium 10, Data Dive, ClickUp, Slack, Notion, Claude AI, Google Gemini, Figma, MyRealProfit, tl;dv, Listing Optimizations AI, Google Workspace, Airtable, and Zoom.
  • Completion of tutorial and onboarding videos for all tools before the start date is required.
