Description

  • Own day-to-day management and optimization of paid acquisition campaigns across Google Search, Performance Max, YouTube, Shopping, Display, Demand Gen, and Microsoft/Bing Ads.
  • Launch, manage, and optimize campaigns to lower CAC and improve CVR while identifying profitable scaling opportunities.
  • Evaluate and scale emerging acquisition channels, including AI/LLM search platforms, Apple Search Ads, and new Google AI-driven ad surfaces.
  • Conduct keyword, audience, bidding, feed, landing page, and campaign structure optimizations to improve performance.
  • Develop and iterate on ad copy and messaging based on search intent, performance data, competitive trends, and creative testing insights.
  • Analyze campaign and funnel performance to generate actionable recommendations for internal stakeholders.
  • Build and deliver performance reporting that communicates channel health, trends, and strategic recommendations to cross-functional partners.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to align media strategy with broader acquisition and growth goals.
  • Own the technical health and measurement integrity of the paid search channel across tracking, attribution, feeds, and campaign delivery.
  • Partner with analytics, engineering, and product teams to ensure accurate conversion tracking, tagging, attribution, and event measurement.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of hands-on experience managing Search Ads campaigns at scale with accountability for large paid media budgets.
  • Deep expertise across Search, PMax, Shopping, YouTube, and Demand Gen campaigns.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to move from raw performance data to actionable insight quickly and independently.
  • Proven ability to scale customer acquisition efficiently while improving CAC and CVR.
  • Strong understanding of conversion optimization, attribution, and performance analytics.
  • Proficiency with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, GA4, and Google Tag Manager.
  • Familiarity with AI/LLM tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini, and demonstrated use of these tools to improve workflow, reporting, or analysis.
  • Experience with Amplitude, Contentsquare, Tableau, and/or Asana.
  • Ability to independently own and operate a performance marketing channel with minimal oversight.
  • Experience in subscription-based businesses, healthcare, wellness, or other regulated industries is preferred.
  • Remote position based in the United States.

  • Estimated base salary range of $120,000 to $140,000 per year, plus equity and benefits.
