Description

  • Define and execute the roadmap for next-generation enterprise connectivity solutions.
  • Establish scalable pricing structures, service level agreements, and value-based commercial offerings for the B2B segment.
  • Lead cross-functional go-to-market strategies for long, complex enterprise sales cycles.
  • Support high-touch sales enablement for commercial offerings.
  • Develop fulfillment orchestration, service management, and service assurance processes for enterprise customers.
  • Drive revenue growth, margin optimization, and market share for the commercial portfolio.
  • Develop business cases for network and product investments and development efforts.
  • Bridge technical engineering and commercial execution across sales, operations, and product functions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a similar field.
  • 8 years of experience in product management, commercial strategy, or solutions architecture within Telecom, Tier 1 Carrier, or Enterprise Managed Service Provider industries.
  • 6 years of telecom experience.
  • Experience with high-end internet connectivity and networking solutions.
  • Experience influencing executive stakeholders internally.
  • Experience building relationships with enterprise CIOs and CTOs externally.
  • 10 years of experience building and growing a business and customer base, with customer relationship management experience preferred.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • B2B sales and/or operations experience, ideally focused on acquiring residential and commercial businesses.
  • Prior experience using project management, business judgment, experiment design, and analytical and quantitative skills at an ISP or telecommunications company.

Benefits

  • US base salary range of $164,000 to $241,100 plus bonus and benefits.
