Description

  • Own the roadmap for an Analytics Platform service area, including direction, prioritization, and ongoing updates.
  • Produce and maintain precise, machine-readable service specifications that guide downstream development.
  • Develop deep domain expertise in the service area, including AI capabilities, competitive landscape, and production performance.
  • Identify internal NiCE application teams that should consume each service and remove blockers to adoption.
  • Track and grow the number of NiCE applications actively using each Analytics Platform service.
  • Work with application product managers to position, document, and prepare services for integration.
  • Define and communicate the value proposition of each service, including accuracy, latency, reliability, and ease of integration.
  • Maintain visibility into service economics, including unit economics and cost per service unit delivered.
  • Engage directly with enterprise customers as the Analytics Platform subject matter expert and represent the platform in customer-facing meetings and events.
  • Validate ideas with real customers, build prototypes, and run structured evaluation cycles for AI outputs before engineering begins.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in software product management or a directly relevant role.
  • Experience owning a product or service with adoption, usage, or commercial metrics and a record of improving those metrics.
  • Experience engaging directly with enterprise customers as a technical subject matter expert, including AI governance, risk, or data science functions.
  • Experience building AI-native product prototypes using AI tools and running structured AI evaluation cycles.
  • Experience producing detailed product specifications that enable engineering execution with minimal back-and-forth.
  • Experience with version control and basic development workflows, including Git, repo structure, and commit discipline.
  • Experience leading and influencing teams in a matrixed global organization without direct reporting authority.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Preferred experience in platform, infrastructure, or API-layer product management serving internal teams or developers.
  • Preferred experience in contact center, CX, analytics, or adjacent enterprise software.
  • Preferred experience with conversational AI, virtual agents, or generative AI applications.
  • Preferred experience with AI governance topics such as data privacy, audit logging, and regulatory requirements including GDPR and CCPA.
  • Preferred experience with agentic AI workflows and multi-step AI orchestration.
