Description

  • Own and evolve the core GTM dashboards in Metabase, ensuring they serve as the single source of truth for leadership visibility and cross-functional decision-making.
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses into funnel performance, customer adoption, campaign ROI, and partnership efficacy to proactively surface risks and opportunities.
  • Partner directly with leaders in Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Partnerships to answer critical business questions, influence strategy, and track initiative success.
  • Model and analyze key strategic initiatives (pricing changes, go-to-market initiatives, deal sizing matrices, investment priorities) and provide data-driven recommendations.
  • Build and maintain robust data models and pipelines in BigQuery using SQL and Python to ensure data accuracy and accessibility for analysis.
  • Support ad-hoc analytical needs across the organization and turn complex data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Proactively diagnose funnel health and identify both risks and opportunities to drive sustainable revenue growth.
  • Maintain and present leadership-facing metrics and reports to enable timely, data-backed decisions.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Intelligence, or Strategy & Operations within a B2B SaaS company.
  • Expert proficiency in SQL for complex data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
  • Strong working knowledge of Python (e.g., Pandas, NumPy) for data manipulation, analysis, and automation.
  • Proven experience building and maintaining dashboards in modern BI tools (Metabase, Looker, Tableau, or similar), with a portfolio or examples of work that drove business decisions.
  • Experience working with cloud data warehouses such as BigQuery, Snowflake, or Redshift.
  • Keen business acumen with the ability to translate data into a compelling narrative for GTM leaders and influence pricing, funnel optimization, and customer adoption strategies.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders across multiple departments.
  • Nice to have: knowledge of logistics, marketplaces, or usage-based business models.
  • Nice to have: experience in a high-growth startup environment where processes and data models are being built and scaled.
  • Nice to have: previous analyst experience outside of revenue and an excitement to solve new challenges.
